Rectangle Perimeter Method

Complete the static method Perimeter so it returns the perimeter of a rectangle given its width and height. The perimeter is 2 * (width + height). The tester calls it and prints the result. Do NOT write a Main method.

For Perimeter(3, 4) the program prints exactly:
