Do my AI tutor tokens roll over to the next month?
No — they top up, they don't stack up. At the start of each billing period your balance resets to your plan's monthly allowance (Practice 3,000, Tutor 15,000, Lock In 25,000 tokens). Any unused tokens from the previous month don't carry over.
What are tutor tokens?
They measure your time with the AI tutor — roughly 1,000 tokens ≈ 1 hour of tutoring. Your plan refills them every month. Coding practice questions are unlimited on every paid plan and never use tokens.
What happens to my tokens when I upgrade?
Your higher allowance is available immediately. For example, moving from Practice to Tutor takes you straight to 15,000 tokens.
How am I charged when I upgrade?
Nothing is charged the moment you switch. On your next billing date you pay your new plan’s price plus a prorated amount for the upgraded days in your current period. You’ll see the estimate before you confirm.
What if I switch to a lower paid plan?
The change takes effect right away: your token allowance moves to the new plan immediately, and you get account credit for the unused time on your previous plan, applied to your future invoices.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep everything you’ve already paid for until the end of your current billing period, then your account returns to Free — no early loss of access and no partial refund. Change your mind? Resume before the period ends to stay on your plan.
