Is Prime Method

Write the static method IsPrime so it returns true when its parameter is a prime number and false otherwise. Numbers less than 2 are not prime. The tester calls it and prints the result. Do NOT write a Main method.

For IsPrime(7) the program prints exactly:
True

Expected Output:

True
