Half It Method

Complete the static method HalfIt so it returns half of its integer parameter as a double (so odd numbers keep their .5). Divide by 2.0 to force decimal division. The tester calls it and prints the result. Do NOT write a Main method.

For HalfIt(7) the program prints exactly:
3.5
