Percentage Method

Complete the static method PercentOf so it returns what percent part is of whole, using the formula part / whole * 100, as a double. Cast to double so the division is accurate. The tester calls it and prints the result. Do NOT write a Main method.

For PercentOf(1, 4) the program prints exactly:
25
